We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Conversion Officer to join our Future Students team at Australian Catholic University (ACU). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maximising applications and enrolments of prospective students.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in student acquisition and conversion tactics. You will be responsible for developing and executing the university's domestic student recruitment strategy, working closely with the Sales and Conversion Coordinator to achieve our goals.
As a Sales and Conversion Officer, you will be a dedicated resource to nurture prospective ACU students through their enquiry, application and enrolment journey. You will maintain a thorough understanding of the breadth and depth of ACU courses, the application and enrolment process, campus amenities and student services available to ACU's national campus network.
You will be required to have a degree in a marketing or communications related discipline, or equivalent experience in sales and marketing functions, preferably within the higher education sector. You will also need to have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience with the use of information technology, particularly student/customer databases.

What We Offer- Total remuneration valued to $95,827 - $103,735 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $80,975 - $87,658 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
