SAP Data Conversion Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Conversion Architect to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a key member of our ERP and IT Services team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data conversion strategies and solutions for our SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data conversion projects for SAP implementations or upgrades
  • Develop data conversion strategies and plans
  • Migrate large enterprise applications to hosted infrastructure
  • Translate functional specifications into technical design documents
  • Provide estimates and deliver the desired functionality
  • Maintain high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience architecting SAP technologies
  • Extensive experience in leading data conversion projects for SAP implementations or upgrades
  • Deep knowledge of SAP data conversion methodologies and tools
  • Hands-on experience in data mapping, transformation, and data validation
  • Strong technical background in SAP modules such as Finance, Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation tools
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
