About the Job

This role is responsible for leading maintenance teams to deliver contracted outcomes. It works in accordance with established processes, systems, and tools to enable service delivery excellence.

The scope covers all maintenance functions within Fixed Wing Maintenance and ISR program Edinburgh, supporting planning and scheduling of P-8A maintenance with Fleet Planner and Integrated Maintenance Planning Cells.

Scheduling and management of paint requirements to prioritize staff and resources across all programs.

  • Support the safe and successful execution of Maintenance Services assigned to the Edinburgh site by Prime Contractor
  • Enable Direct Reports to achieve KPIs and service targets
  • Identify new opportunities and assist in developing associated business cases for enhancement of maintenance services
  • Manage hot topics and escalation process in Maintenance
  • Closely collaborate with prime contractor to clear road-blocks and empower team to deliver on accountabilities
  • Evaluate safety and maintenance compliance across sites and platforms, ensuring AIRS reports and maintenance investigations are closed out in a timely manner and shared with stakeholders
