Landscape Maintenance Team Leader - A Role of Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team on a full-time site or run located in Sydney.

  • This role requires the ability to lead and encourage team members to work effectively together.
  • Good time management and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team on a full-time site or run located in Sydney
  • Organise and programme tasks completed on site
  • Ensure efficiency and quality are maintained
  • Liaise with our Management Team to provide a high-quality service for clients
  • Ensure all works are completed in a safe manner

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Horticulture industry is required
  • Qualification in Horticulture or equivalent is essential
  • Experience operating and maintaining a large range of commercial landscape maintenance equipment is necessary
