  • Manage complex retail insurance claims and provide strategic guidance to enhance claim outcomes.
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive seamless communication and resolution.
  • Coach and mentor junior claims consultants to develop their skills and advance the team's capabilities.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to uphold our high standards of claims philosophy.

Requirements:

We require a candidate with extensive experience as a Senior Claims Consultant in Life Insurance, possessing expertise in managing end-to-end retail insurance claims, including Income Protection, Total & Permanent Disability, and Trauma. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of LICOP (Life Insurance Code of Practice) and the Insurance Contracts Act.

  • Proven track record of coaching and mentoring Claims Consultants to drive professional growth.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
