Export Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Export Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with all documentation relating to export freight operations, preparing paperwork for shipment as required, and liaising with clients on all aspects of their cargo.

  • Assist in preparing export documentation to facilitate container packing;
  • Receiving and resolving general freight forwarder inquiries, seeking assistance where applicable;
  • Liaise with the transport department and forwarding relevant documentation to arrange for packed containers to be delivered to the designated wharf for export;
Key Responsibilities:
  • Document preparation and management;
  • Cargo coordination and logistics;
  • Client communication and support;
  • Team collaboration and project coordination.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Intermediate MS Office skills;
  • Preferred experience in export operations or related field.
