Job Opportunity

Lead a High-Performing Team

The successful candidate will oversee and supervise administrative staff, supporting clinical teams to deliver seamless day-to-day operations and ensuring the organization's systems run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct reception and admin functions, confidently handling front desk tasks.
  • Manage financial transactions: payroll, invoicing, budgeting, and reporting using Xero.
  • Recruit and onboard non-clinical team members, focusing on integration and productivity.
  • Evaluate and maintain a safe, inclusive, trauma-informed environment for staff and clients.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, website content, and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in practice or operations management (health or allied health sector preferred).
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication - clear, compassionate, and professional.
  • Proficiency with Xero, Microsoft 365, and practice management platforms.
  • Familiarity with OH&S, Fair Work, and privacy legislation.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for client care.
