Housekeeping Director

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Director to join our team at AVANI Melbourne Box Hill Residences.
About the RoleThis is a Monday to Friday role, approximately 35 hours per week with opportunities for full-time work upon discussion. As Housekeeping Director, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property and leading a productive and professional housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and oversee daily operations;
- Lead a team of housekeepers to provide exceptional cleaning services;
- Develop and implement procedures to maintain quality standards;
- Manage inventory and supplies effectively;
- Monitor and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Experience in managing a housekeeping team and controlling budgets;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Able to follow procedures and set high standards for cleanliness;
- Prior experience working in hospitality industry preferred.
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience. You will also enjoy access to Minor Hotels ANZ benefits including:
