About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as Executive Director of Guest Experience at AVANI Melbourne Box Hill Residences.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, approximately 35 hours per week, with potential for full-time upon discussion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the property in Housekeeping (in rooms, public, and common areas).
  • Build strong relationships with Housekeepers, staff members, clients, and contractors.
  • Lead the housekeeping team to provide exceptional cleaning services.
  • Oversee daily on-the-job training for all cleaning employees.
  • Maintain accurate financial, maintenance, and inventory records.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing or supervising a housekeeping team is highly regarded.
  • Experience controlling budgets, operating supplies, replacements, and consumables is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills are required.
  • A strong eye for detail and ability to follow procedures are necessary.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearBenefits
