Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property, including rooms, public areas, and common spaces. They will lead a team of housekeepers to provide an excellent cleaning service and oversee daily on-the-job training for new staff members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including budgets, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels
- Developing and implementing effective cleaning procedures to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors to achieve seamless communication and collaboration
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:
- Experience in managing or supervising a housekeeping team, preferably in a hospitality environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
