Operational Compliance Expert

 

 Job Description:

 As an Operational Compliance Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of adult learning programs. This includes managing data, reporting, and system administration to ensure smooth functioning of administrative, financial, and learner systems.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage operational tasks, learner systems, and reporting to support program delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing and monitoring policies and procedures.
  • Support audits, regulatory reporting, and system updates.

 

 About You:

 

  • You will have proven experience in an RTO, with strong knowledge of ASQA Standards, VET Quality Framework, and funding contract management.
  • You demonstrate the ability to implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures effectively.
  • You possess strong operational knowledge of RTO systems and experience managing administrative, financial, and data systems efficiently.
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
