Job Description

Water Well Drilling Supervisors are responsible for overseeing daily rig operations, managing crew and client relations on site.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily rig operations, managing crew and client relations on site
  • Communicate progress and challenges with Project Leaders to keep drilling programs on track
  • Lead safety compliance and support the team in developing risk assessments and critical control verifications daily
  • Ensure all field operations comply with policies and procedures
  • Coach and develop team members and conduct performance reviews in line with the organization's development plan
  • Work with maintenance to oversee equipment readiness through regular maintenance checks, reporting, and preventive care
  • Participate in contractor safety meetings to share successes, identify areas for improvement, and capture feedback
  • Work with the HSE team to lead investigations into incidents or hazards, ensuring ongoing training and development opportunities
