The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Partner
Relationship Manager
who lives and breathes mortgages. In this role, you'll be the face of Well Nigh for our Mortgage Managers – driving growth, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring our partners see us as their first choice funder.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with Mortgage Managers and their distribution networks
- Drive loan volume growth by actively promoting our products and solutions
- Provide tailored product presentations, training, and workshops for brokers and managers
- Partner with credit and operations to deliver a seamless end-to-end lending experience
- Act as a trusted adviser, bringing market insights and feedback to help shape our offerings
- Represent Well Nigh at industry functions, conferences, and professional development events
About You
- Proven experience in mortgage lending – as a Relationship Manager, BDM, or Credit Analyst
- Strong understanding of residential lending, credit, and broker distribution channels
- Experience in loan structuring and writing home loans
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A self-starter with the ability to balance relationship-building with commercial outcomes
- Passionate about the mortgage industry and supporting third-party distribution
