We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Hub Specialist. This role is responsible for the administration of superannuation products, ensuring that clients, members, and stakeholders receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve queries efficiently, anticipating stakeholder needs and taking ownership for first call resolution
- Demonstrate ownership of investigations on behalf of customers
- Serve as the first escalation point for challenging stakeholders
- Achieve targets for calls, administrative tasks, and written correspondence
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to discuss ideas and achieve team goals
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to independent learning and stay up-to-date with industry-related issues
- Provide superior customer service by completing work within agreed quality standards and SLA's
- Adhere to legislative requirements and assist the Team Leader with task management
- Risk management: identify strategies to minimize risk and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation and industry knowledge
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages
- General knowledge of superannuation pensions
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to think laterally
- Good investigation and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused, with the ability to collaborate with others
- Prioritization and time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow-through
Desirable Qualifications:
- ASFA RG 146 qualification or equivalent
