Our client a premium Coworking and Business Hub in Moonee Ponds, is seeking a dynamic Hub Manager to oversee daily operations, foster collaboration, and ensure members feel supported and connected.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Experience & Community Building:

  • Create a welcoming and inclusive hub
  • Foster community and engagement
  • Enhance member satisfaction

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Maintain efficient systems and facilities
  • Support financial and procedural processes

Administrative & Marketing Support:

  • Deliver professional administration
  • Support marketing and engagement initiative
  • Build business relationships

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Proven experience in a customer-focused operations, office, or community management role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability with attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with initiative and adaptability
  • Tech-savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OfficeRnD Workplace and Canva highly regarded
  • High energy, confidence, and a "nothing is too difficult" mindset
  • positive attitude, and commitment to best-practice customer service
