We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Fitness Trainer. At Planet Fitness, we pride ourselves on being the fastest growing fitness industry in the world, with over 2,700 clubs globally.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Good communication skills to engage with members and guests

  • Ability to follow directions well and work independently

  • Upbeat and motivating attitude to drive results

  • Punctual and organized to meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and bid farewell to members and guests, providing exceptional customer service

  • Monitor club access and ensure a secure environment

  • Answer questions and handle member complaints efficiently

  • Explain the Judgement Free Zone concept and promote our values

  • Provide tours and design exercise programs tailored to individual needs

  • Train members during PE sessions and submit weekly exercise plans

  • Inspect equipment and monitor the '30 min Express' area

  • Data input and analysis to inform business decisions

  • Sell memberships and operate the PGM system effectively

  • Assist with PE sessions for at least 10 hours a week
