About the Role:

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized exercise recommendations and helping clients achieve their specific fitness goals. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bulletin Board - Maintain detailed records of fitness evaluations, workout programs, client notes, and progress tracking in the Portal

  • Promotion Team - Build relationships with members to uncover their interests and match them to FFC offerings

  • New Member Services - Conduct personalized New Join Services for all new members within their first 30 days, providing them with tailored workout plans

  • Expert Advice - Assist members with specific concerns on the fitness floor, including spotting them during exercises and offering expert advice

  • Client Growth - Proactively grow your client base through prospecting, outreach (cold calls, email, social media), and selling your training services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology or a related field

  • Nationally accredited Personal Training certification

  • 2+ years in a health club setting with proven sales experience in personal training sessions

  • Current CPR and AED certification

  • Expertise in either Master and/or Elite level trainer
