Job Title: Group Fitness Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Coach to join our team.

  • Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training (minimum)
  • Experience in a group training environment
  • Proven success in building and sustaining a client base
  • Ability to build an awesome member community
  • Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
  • Have exceptional customer service and sales skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
  • Passion for the health and fitness industry and want to change people's lives

As a Group Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading high-energy group fitness classes that challenge and motivate members to reach their fitness goals. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our members.

  • A strong focus on form and safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to cover morning and evening shifts
  • Proven experience in a sales role

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Personal Training and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a group training environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
