
Retail Business Development Executive

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Key Account Retail Manager to join our sales and business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long lasting relationships with our key retail customers and driving growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the retail strategy for key main store accounts, including annual sale targets, product placement, marketing and promotional programmes.
- Manage and cultivate existing relationships to leverage growth opportunities, ensuring increased product market share and proactive support for all our key accounts.
- Identify key insights and provide new and innovative solutions that stand out from competitors, ensuring a seamless, brand aligned representation of our value proposition, and that merchandising, and brand representation is achieved instore.
- Proven track record increasing sales and margins with key accounts.
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans driving great results.
- Strong negotiating skills with ability to influence internally and externally at all levels.
- Ability to communicate intent clearly, receiving and giving constructive feedback to provide best solutions for customers.
- Ability to present, facilitate and lead training sessions with retail teams.
- Strong organisation skills with ability to work autonomously.
- Heightened level of business acumen.
- Strong passion/interest/desire for premium home appliances.
