Retail Account Manager

Develop strategic relationships with key retail customers to drive sales growth and market share for our appliance collection.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for planning and executing the retail strategy for key main store accounts, including sales targets, product placement, marketing, and promotional programs.

You will cultivate existing relationships to identify growth opportunities, ensuring increased product market share and proactive support for all our key accounts.

The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze customer needs and provide innovative solutions that differentiate us from competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales and margins with key accounts
  • Align strategic priorities into actionable plans driving exceptional results
  • Negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Communicate clearly, receiving and giving constructive feedback to deliver tailored solutions for customers
  • Present and facilitate training sessions with retail teams
  • Work autonomously to achieve business objectives
