Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Account Manager to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key retail customers, promoting premium home appliances, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail strategies for main store accounts, including annual sale targets, product placement, marketing, and promotional programs.
  • Cultivate existing relationships to leverage growth opportunities, ensuring increased product market share and proactive support for all key accounts.
  • Identify key insights and provide innovative solutions that stand out from competitors, ensuring a seamless brand-aligned representation of our brand value proposition.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record increasing sales and margins with key accounts.
  • Able to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans driving great results for all involved.
  • Strong negotiating skills with ability to influence internally and externally at all levels.
  • Able to communicate intent clearly, receiving and giving constructive feedback to provide the best solutions for customers.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to work autonomously.
  • Heightened level of business acumen.
  • Strong passion interest desire for premium home appliances.
