About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being is at the forefront of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
  • Manage and dress wounds, preventing infections and promoting proper wound healing.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions.
  • Address pain concerns and implement pain management strategies.
  • Handle medical emergencies and coordinate the response as necessary.
  • Provide comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current AHPRA registration, knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
