Emergency Critical Care Nurse

High-quality nursing care is essential for critically ill and injured animals. As an experienced veterinary nurse, you will be responsible for providing this care in our state-of-the-art emergency department.
Job Responsibilities- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team of dedicated veterinary nurses.
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in our emergency department, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with veterinarians to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with pet owners.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a veterinary nurse, preferably in an emergency or critical care setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of veterinary medical procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic towards both animals and their owners.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
