Our organization is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care and support to residents in accordance with our organization's values. You will play a vital role in ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
- Provide mobility support by helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions.
- Monitor health by observing and reporting any changes in the resident's condition.
- Support residents with their dietary requirements and assist them in the process of eating.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
- Certification in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
- Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
