Maintenance Operations Supervisor

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to lead the Fixed Processing Plant Maintenance function, encompassing Engineering, Planning, Shutdowns, and Maintenance Execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive operational excellence by managing maintenance execution, engineering, shutdowns, and planning teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities including mine regulations, electrical compliance, and safety.
- Promote skills development and succession planning to support job satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver strategic improvement projects.
- Promote best practice maintenance through the PLS Asset Management Framework and Maintenance Excellence program.
- Manage the efficient and effective maintenance, reliability, and availability of fixed plant assets.
- Drive functional excellence by adhering to industry best practices, embracing new technologies, and maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a trade qualification with higher education.
- Significant experience in fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry.
- Strong leadership skills with an approachable style that enables trust at all levels.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, including Excel.
