Heavy Lifting Supervisor Position

The position of Heavy Lifting Supervisor involves overseeing and preparing for the safe and efficient lifting of heavy items in accordance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mobilize and demobilize equipment and personnel efficiently.
  • Lead a diverse team with varying roles and skills.
  • Provide expert guidance and direction.
  • Oversee job progress and ensure all work is completed safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising crane and rigging operations within a mining industry setting.
  • A current and valid Australian Driver's License.
  • A Section 44 Certificate or equivalent Schedule 26 qualification.
  • Experience as an Open Crane Operator and/or Rigger.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
