Broker Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our sales team in Brisbane. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth from a portfolio of existing and new brokers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales or sales support within the asset or equipment finance industry. You will be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, have a proactive and self-motivated approach, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Drive sales volume and deliver revenue targets
  • Highlight new business opportunities to increase market share
  • Provide ongoing product training and updates to accredited brokers
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Implement processes to ensure smooth broker and client experience
  • Liaise with credit and client services to ensure opportunities progress through the platform within SLAs
  • Manage existing relationships and onboard new brokers
  • Support the broader QLD team and broker accounts
