About The Job

The Revenue Growth Manager will leverage consumer insight data, tools and analytics to identify and capture opportunities to maximize profit and revenue growth. You will act as a business partner to commercial leaders to drive continuous improvement and embed a culture of RGM mindset across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Intelligence: Develop data tools and processes to provide insightful recommendations to commercial teams via extensive analysis across Price, Promotion, Assortment and Trade Terms; generate market insights to support revenue strategy and other business initiatives.
  • Delivery of Commercial/Financial Results: Partner with commercial leaders to drive implementation of channel strategies, track results and turn learnings into actions and solutions.
  • Commercial Policy Planning: Embed Value Management in relevant commercial planning processes and provide inputs to support business decisions (e.g., commercial reviews, business planning and budgeting).
  • Outcomes monitoring and governance: Run monthly Gross to Net review including promotional analysis and reconciliation in partnership with finance.
  • Ownership of TPM tool: Guide projects end to end, partnering with sales, finance, administration and other stakeholders to establish best practice use of BlueshiftONE, including change management of upgrades and process redesign.
  • Lead the Pricing & Promotions Administration Team: Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement of pricing systems and processes with 3 direct reports.
  • Embed culture of RGM across the business.
About YouEducation
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
Experience
  • Background in the Consumer, Retail or FMCG industry with prior roles in Revenue Management, Finance, Sales or Trade Marketing.
  • Experience creating insights across data sets and visualising data tailored to different audiences; skilled in storytelling.
  • Well-developed strategic thinking, commercial and financial acumen, and analytical capability to derive insights.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with TPM Systems (Blueshift is an advantage), SAP, Power BI.
  • Advanced analytical skills – translate data into insights and actions.
Soft Skills
  • Impactful and visible leadership; ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; credible, confident and able to influence senior colleagues.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and challenge the status quo with a can-do attitude.
  • Self-reliant, decisive and resilient in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to build cross-functional rapport at all levels.
