Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Operations Team, supporting day-to-day activities and logistics of global events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

">

  • Manage equipment scheduling and dispatching for multiple events">
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and returns of IT equipment">
  • Serve as the main point of contact between departments, including warehousing, drivers, and sales teams">
  • Coordinate with other global offices to ensure smooth operations">
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, equipment conditions">

Requirements

">

  • Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations roles, preferably in IT or event rental industries">
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities">
  • Knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems is a plus">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment">
  • Willingness to work flexible hours">
