Technical Pre-Sales Director

This leadership position is focused on driving the strategy and execution of technical pre-sales across global operations.
- Develop and implement global technical pre-sales processes and methodologies.
- Lead and mentor a regional team of technical pre-sales professionals to drive sales growth.
- Support go-to-market efforts through technical validation, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Establish performance metrics and governance frameworks for pre-sales excellence.
- Manage systems and tools to support reporting, knowledge sharing, and performance tracking.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strategic mindset paired with deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and passion for leading technical teams.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or related field.
- Proven leadership in scaling and optimizing pre-sales functions across regions or business units.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at all levels of the business.
- Experience in mining technology, engineering software, or geoscience solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Geoscience, or related field.
