About the Role

Are you an experienced professional looking for a challenging opportunity to grow with our organization? We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managers in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including the uploading of new employee data into relevant systems.
  • Coordinate regular performance reviews and escalate any concerns to the Human Resources Advisor prior to probation completion.
  • Provide administrative support during employment changes, ensuring all variations and contractual amendments are accurate and actioned.
  • Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees, adhering to notice periods and contractual terms.
  • Offer guidance and support to employees regarding awards, enterprise agreements, and HR policies.
  • Maintain and coordinate relevant HR reporting requirements, including recruitment reporting to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR administration and knowledge of recruitment practices.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Personal integrity and understanding of confidentiality principles.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including high-level reporting capabilities.
