Job Role

We're seeking a skilled and reliable small engine mechanic to join our team at our branch in Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about engines and looking to build a long-term career with a industry leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of small petrol and diesel engines, including lawn mowers, chainsaws, whipper snippers, pumps, generators, and pressure washers.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and overhaul of equipment to ensure it remains safe and compliant.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize operational downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant trade qualifications in small engine mechanics.
  • Proven experience with small petrol and diesel engines, including knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently, diagnosing issues efficiently and safely.
  • Valid driver's license (MR or HR preferred) and willingness to obtain fork lift and EWP tickets.
