Job Summary

As a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered nursing care using evidence-based practice to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve exceptional care standards.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic and coordinated patient care.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Proven competencies and knowledge of the complexities involved in providing nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective clinical communication skills and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized person-centered care and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver high-quality nursing care.
  • Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, including evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to maintaining competence.
