Support and Care Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Support and Care Specialist to join our team.

  • This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering compassionate support to young people in need.

Your responsibilities will include providing social engagement, mentoring, transportation, and supervision to the young people in our care. You will implement clinically guided support plans and work closely with caseworkers, therapeutic providers, and clinical staff to help create and maintain a safe, positive and therapeutic environment.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in young people's lives. We are seeking an individual who is resilient, patient and able to work effectively in a variety of situations.

You Will Need

  • A Diploma in Community Services or other relevant diploma
  • Experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care
  • Availability for a variety of shifts including weekend and sleep over shifts
