Squiz is on the hunt for a talented Digital Content Creator and Community Manager to join our Content and Communications team. We are looking for someone based in Sydney who will split their time between working from home and working from our Sydney HQ.

We want to see your creativity shine in a fun and supportive setting. As a Digital Content Creator and Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in taking our brand to the next level with engaging content that resonates with our audience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in B2B social media execution and content development, ideally with exposure to tech environments/products. They will be creative, bold, and always looking for new ways to think outside the box.

You will own our content schedule, ensuring all content developed by and for the wider GTM function is on time and aligned to the content, comms, and wider GTM strategy. This includes webinars, blogs, videos, social-first assets, and podcasts.

You will champion the consistent use of our messaging while encouraging bolder and more attention-grabbing applications of it. You will also monitor the performance of our social media efforts to ensure we are building our brand, growing our audiences, and increasing engagement.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of increasing our exposure, providing support in coordinating earned, owned, and paid PR opportunities. You will understand our customers and their challenges, taking part in customer calls on a regular basis and celebrating their successes.

As a Digital Content Creator and Community Manager, you will have the flexibility to work in a way that drives productivity, efficiency, and outcomes, along with connection and collaboration.
