About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational oversight and support for direct reports and business unit leadership.
  • Align and collaborate with the leadership team through regular reporting on team metrics, goals, and operational KPIs.
  • Drive team performance, contributions, and adoption of the Simpro Group's defining objectives.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Triage and address customer challenges, complaints, and direct report concerns.
  • Maintain an advanced knowledge of products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with other areas of the business and the wider Simpro Group.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a SaaS or tech-focused environment, managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects with competing deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes and methodologies, with a proactive approach to learning and staying up-to-date on product changes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to clients and team members at all levels.
  • Familiarity with tracking and analyzing KPIs and performance metrics, with a strong ability to use data to drive continuous improvement.
