We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Project Director to lead our Ambit Lending Solutions projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformational projects in a professional services environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success. They will be responsible for directing FIS project teams towards timely, within-budget outcomes that result in referenceable clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Project oversight for high-profile programs, including escalation management, budget control, risk mitigation, and customer steering meeting attendance.
  • Customer relationship management of assigned client portfolios, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Development and maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Change Requests as needed.
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements within the Professional Services Practice.
  • Management of projects from inception to close, ensuring key aspects of project success: scope, budget, accurate forecasting, risk mitigation, issues, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience leading large-scale projects in a professional services environment, working closely with external customers.
  • Proven ability to execute flawlessly, drive results, and motivate others to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey important messages clearly and persuasively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and boards, as well as presenting to senior-level customers.
  • Industry expertise in banking and financial services, with end-to-end software implementation experience preferred.
  • Ability to take a hands-on approach in managing customer relationships, anticipating and resolving issues proactively.
  • Capacity to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% to visit clients, engaging in face-to-face meetings and collaborations.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in Commercial Lending software implementations.
