Parts Coordinator

The role of Storeperson is a key position within our organization, responsible for the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts to customers.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to ensure timely delivery of orders and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Assist in receiving, picking, dispatching, and delivering parts to customers with efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in stocktakes, loading, and unloading of delivery vehicles, as well as supporting logistics operations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to deliver high-quality service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prior experience in warehousing, inventory management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is desired.
- A valid forklift license would be an asset but is not a requirement.
