Spare Parts and Logistics Coordinator Role

  • Liaise with fulfillment and technical support staff to assist in providing answers and results for customer enquiries.
  • Develop user-friendly guides and instructional materials for product installation and usage as well as fault finding topics with the assistance of onsite mechanics and technicians.
  • Assist the warehouse team in processing and fulfilling online orders efficiently by identifying correct spare parts.
  • Coordinate the delivery of orders to national dealers ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and customers to facilitate accurate spare part orders and warranty claims.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to support strategic efficiency processes within the warehouse and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of technical information to support customer enquiries.
  • Development of documentation and guides to enhance customer experience.
  • Efficient order processing and fulfillment.
  • Effective coordination of logistics and delivery operations.
  • Maintenance of strong client relationships.
  • Support of strategic operational processes.

Requirements:

  • A high level of autonomy and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Availability to work Monday to Thursday (8:00am to 4:30pm) and Friday (8:00am to 2:30pm).
