As a caregiver with our team, you'll provide more than just support to your clients - you will become an essential part of their care network. Whether it's assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing complex care, you will bring kindness, respect, and understanding into their home.
Our caregivers work locally, earning higher rates than industry standards. A flexible schedule allows you to choose hours that suit you best, whether during the day, evening, overnight, or at weekends. We also offer comprehensive in-house training for personal and professional development, as well as access to our Employee Assistance Program.
We're looking for someone with a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families. You should be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build strong relationships. Must be located within the Shepparton area and willing to travel a reasonable distance from client to client. Consistent availability is required, and a willingness to learn is essential.
- A laptop/tablet and mobile smartphone are necessary for navigating various applications.
- A valid Australian driver license, access to a reliable car, and comprehensive car insurance are also required.
- Applicants must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
