Support Worker Role Overview

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the community.

This role involves supporting individuals with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and being a companion.

  • Provide support with personal care, mobility assistance, and medication prompting.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals and make informed choices.
  • Promote customer choice, positive routines, and meaningful activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or Individual Support is essential.
  • A valid Driver's Licence and insured motor vehicle are required.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Proficiency in technology such as smartphones, email, and internet is necessary.
