Strategic Bid Design

We are seeking a creative and experienced Bid Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing bids in the construction or architecture sectors, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced graphic design skills, and a history of successfully managing multiple bid projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the bid process in conjunction with multiple stakeholders.
  • Create tailored, clear, and concise bid content that is within corporate brand guidelines and style guides to ensure continuity.
  • Manage bid graphic design including infographics, org charts, site plans, project summaries, and ECI breakdowns.
  • Administer the bid process including setting up meetings and calendar appointments, document support, and management of the bid library.
  • Participate in regular review meetings to identify risks or concerns throughout the bid process.
  • Ensure submission content accuracy.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
