Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the creative portfolio by overseeing the development of new disciplines in design, fine arts, and digital media, aligned to student demand and industry trends.
  • Champion academic and industry integration, maintaining a reputation for world-class teaching while embedding strong industry partnerships into every course.
  • Drive sustainable growth by balancing innovation with strong financial and operational management.
  • Inspire and lead a collaborative, inclusive culture that engages staff, students, and industry partners in the organization's journey.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of executive leadership in higher education, technology / creative industries, or related sectors.
  • Strategic vision and commercial acumen, with experience in growth, transformation, or market repositioning.
  • Deep understanding of the creative sector and its future directions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – from government and regulators to industry leaders and creative communities.
  • The ability to inspire, innovate, and make decisive calls in a dynamic environment.
