Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manager to lead our Small Business and Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing creative processes, developing multi-channel campaigns, and driving growth through customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Creative Process: Oversee the creative process from briefing to final delivery of assets, showcasing your creative and content marketing skills.
  2. Lead Team: Support and coach a team of creative and content experts, collaborating on strategic approaches and processes.
  3. Assess and Allocate Work: Evaluate team capacity and allocate work accordingly to deliver quality campaigns at pace.
  4. Drive Campaigns: Deliver end-to-end creative and content assets in collaboration with colleagues, creative agencies, and media partners.
  5. Optimize and Monitor: Manage the reporting and optimization of creative and content programs, ensuring effective campaign performance.
  6. Culture and Harmony: Foster a culture of equity, respect, and inclusivity, promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Natural flair for creative excellence, outstanding communication, influencing, and relationship building skills.
  • Solid understanding of campaign development, including brand, 1:1, and content marketing.
  • Passion for customers and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and enjoying teamwork.
