We're looking for a Creative Director who can bring strategic clarity, creative brilliance, and exceptional craft to the table. As a joint leader of a team of writers and art directors, you'll inspire and guide them to produce the most talked about work in category.

The role requires a unique set of skills, someone who understands the new iterative world of socially led brand engagement, but have a sound understanding of the old world of big, campaignable ideas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating innovative advertising ideas across all media
  • Delivering high-level craft skills, producing professional, high-quality design for all media
  • Formulating layout design or presentation approach, and specifying material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video and sound
  • Reviewing and approving creative work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness
  • Delivering a high level of conceptual ability, producing commercially viable and award-winning ideas for clients
  • Mentoring and inspiring a team of Art Directors and Copywriters, supporting their growth and creative development

Additionally, you'll be responsible for:

  • Deepening your understanding of digital communication solutions & development technologies
  • Generating innovative ideas with a passion for creative thinking
  • Spotting, shaping, and supporting great ideas and creative talent
  • Understanding customer lifecycles, including acquisition, conversion, retention, cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Uncovering client needs and requirements to scope opportunities
