This senior investment operations position involves overseeing compliance, leading operations, and managing relationships with boutique firms.
Main Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary contact for trade management, fund accounting, and client reporting teams.
- Maintain operational relationships with boutiques.
- Coordinate the implementation of operational changes and enhancements.
- Review and manage due diligence questionnaires and related documentation.
- Monitor and review pre-trade and post-trade compliance procedures.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met through daily reporting.
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in investment/funds management.
- Strong knowledge of compliance obligations under relevant acts.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of unit pricing, portfolio valuation, and the trade lifecycle.
They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
