Job Overview

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Strategic Focus: Demonstrate understanding of market trends and developments within third-party administration and custody segments.
  • Drive an inquisitive culture to understand each client and provide exceptional solutions for their needs.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international investment instruments, including equities, futures, options, and foreign exchange.
  • Ensure high-level client satisfaction through excellent service delivery and prompt resolution to issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Operational Management

Partner with the client service team to deliver services per client SLA and capture all services provided. Manage new client onboarding and changes to services/products for existing clients.

People Leadership

Build a high-performing team by developing, coaching, and mentoring team members. Provide senior leadership and direction to operational managers and team members.

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in staff management, including performance management, recruitment, and assigning tasks.
  • Demonstrable and proven experience in a senior role managing teams interacting with key stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of investment markets, the investment process, and funds management operations.
