About This Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile data centre project, with a strong focus on mechanical services.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from procurement through to commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor program, budget, and quality outcomes to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Prepare and review project reports, variations, and financial tracking.

About You

  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale mechanical/HVAC projects, with a minimum value of $5m.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple project stages.
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid technical understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
