Job Title: IT Middleware Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Middleware Specialist to join our team. This role is part of the customer support team and will be based in Mount Waverley, Lane Cove, or Herston.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting IT Solutions (ITS) and helping customers optimize their workflow across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Drive business growth by expanding ITS sales & installation base in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with sales & service teams to identify and manage key projects that promote IT connectivity solutions.
  • Provide technical IT support and troubleshooting for existing installed analyzers and new projects interfacing with both IT solutions and analyzers to other Information Systems.
  • Analyze customer's IT infrastructure and provide necessary support related to the installation and operation of Radiometer IT systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams as well as external customers.
  • Ensure all IT installed systems are monitored and maintained connected and working.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years' experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience with installation and technical support of Virtual Servers, Windows-based software products, and network fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SQL management studio and SQL stored procedures.
  • Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell.
