About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Activations Executive to join our team at KINESSO, a technology-driven performance marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive media briefs to media partners and contribute to the development of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Implement and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and testing.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize social media campaigns, including audience and creative best practices.
  • Provide training and constructive feedback to junior team members to ensure efficient campaign execution.
  • Coordinate and support Social Coordinators throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring accurate implementation and end-to-end campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital paid media, predominantly across search and social channels.
  • Previous experience developing and executing paid campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytically minded with strong reporting skills.
  • A thirst for knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape.
